On Late Ambassador Fuad Sharif

We have received this comment from George Louca, on the sad passing away of Ambassador Fuad Sharif:

For those of you who have not been in Houston for a long time, Ambassador Fuad Sharif was the Consulate General in Houston. He was very involved in the EAS activities and participated in most of its functions. As a president of the Society at that time, I felt first hand his support to the EAS goals and his commitment to all the Egyptians in Houston. I share Dr. Abouleish in extending our condolences to his wife Mrs. Gihan and the members of his family. May God bless his soul and reward him for his good deeds.

Next EAS Meeting

Dear EAS Members,

Due to the latest change in the Society's secretarial position, and due to the recent overlapping absence of both the Society's President and Vice President, the Board of the Society have voted for combining the Society's meetings of January and February in one function that is planned (tentatively) on February 2nd.

Please check soon for updates on the exact time and location of the function, as well as for details on the function features.
